We arrived in the forest complex to the twinkle of fairy lights and floor candles lighting the pathway into the visitor centre, and as if by devine intervention the sky opened up with a fine show of Aurora for us as we were shown to our lakeside Finnish sauna. “Chris, the tour guide, was excellent. He worked hard to ensure that we had a great time enjoying the sauna and the view of the lake. We did enjoy the sauna experience and the view of the lake very much. On the way back to our hotel, we left a pair of sunglasses in the pickup vehicle but did not realise until the next day. Once we contacted the company by email, they responded very quickly. We could easily pick up the sunglasses from their office that day. Great service.”
