Because of that, the guide said the private park the company normally rents is no longer available so we went to a public park with no indoor facility to warm up, which is probably the key factor in giving this less and a 5 star. While small group tours are generally nice, being alone for this tour was a bit lonely. Snow shoe was really interesting.
