“Carino lo zoo, anche se mi aspettavo che le zone dedicate fossero più grandi. I bambini ne sono sempre entusiasti. Un consiglio: coprirsi molto bene con doppi calzini termica, pile e tutto il necessario!L'escursione è tutta all'aperto e il freddo si sente, se non correttamente equipaggiati. 😊”

“Had high expectations after seeing reviews and hearing recommendation It is a nice zoo. But it is a zoo. Animals are kept in cages with very little place to move around. It’s not a wildlife park. No animals are roaming free. The private tour was not worth it You can easily find your own way and enough signing tells you about different spiecies . It is a good zoo. And amazing nature around just expect a zoo not wildlife park”

“We had a wonderful day at the zoo after walking up Ounasvaara in the morning. Joey was a great guide who ensured we had a memorable day. He was attentive to our needs and did everything he could for us. We loved seeing animals we have not seen before in zoos in Australia. The only downside was the vehicle provided by the tour company was probably below the standard required. Air-conditioning didn't work. Rusty panels. No step to get in and out.”

“If you are going to the zoo in a small group, look for a different vendor. We were told after we got back that there is normally a chartered bus. However, it was just our family that day so had a driver. Once arriving at the zoo, the driver told us to be back in 30 minutes to an hour. We finally negotiated 2 hours of time at the zoo (was supposed to have 3) but we were rushed. We met friends there and didn’t feel like we could take our time to watch the animals because we were told to be back at 12:30. On top of being shorted…”
